Ba Gua Zhang

The supreme martial art, Ba Gua is practiced on a circle, hence the term circle walking. It combines all the metaphysical sides of the martial arts, the Dao, the I Ching, Yin yang, meridians etc, along with an amazing amount of combat applicatons into a comprehensive martial art. Theoretically 64 changes equate to the hexagrams of the I Ching. Ba Gua has multiple forms of eight changes and this art is only for the dedicated student. In the Cheng Ming system Zhan Zuang and Tai chi is learnt first to strengthen the body and prepare the way.
