Welcome to Queensland Cheng Ming

 part of the Cheng Ming International Internal Kung Fu system headed in Taiwan by Grandmaster Wang Fu Lai. The system includes the full syllabus of Tai Chi, Hsing-I and Bagua. Cheng ming is more than just the best combat art, it places a huge emphasis on health and spiritual development. A martial art that makes your body stronger, the organs healthier and the bones and tendons stronger as opposed to external arts that damage the joints through incorrect action and overextention.

One of the secrets of Cheng Ming health and power is Zhan Zuang ( Post standing ). Difficult and painful ( just standing still! ) Zhan Zuang is the key, to excellent Kung Fu, promoting growth in internal power, physical strength and health and well being. Until quite recently students practiced Zhan Zuang for one or two years before progressing to the forms. One must perservere, the results are rewarding.

Cheng Ming is taught in many countries around the world including Taiwan, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, USA, Canada, Italy and many others.
